By the way, if someone with 3D design skills wants to join, he is more than welcome and needed. We have the 3D CAD models but some parts might need simplification for 3D printing.
Ok
How to join the Slack group?
Unfortunately my 3D did not switch to open source. Still using proprietary Solidworks.
Assume all this project depends from a reliable oxygen source. I already calculated how long my cylinders from acetylene welding last but thats disappointing. There is a selfmade project to freeze air where the CO2 boils out and liquid O2 remains but that method suffers by poor efficiency in aspects of electricity consumption and its quite dangerous.

Dewar video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DFjEyKSJJc
Are there any attempts for oxygene concentration by molecular sieve in this project ?
SolidWorks is fine, as long as it is then exported as STEP.
The project only attempts to exactly reproduce that device replacing obsolete parts, not to redesign it.
Hi John,
no problem at all…
Moreover thanks for your information and for your effort in helping people everyday.

Hi
What is FiO2’s part number?
That’s awesome. What group is it?

Hi
Where to buy: Exhalation solenoid valve of PB560?
Hello,
Have you looked at the part number?
Not sure but here , I think
95% of the parts are obsolete.

Hi,
What is PB560’s LCD Display?
An other open source project for an Open Ventilator:

.
Obsolete.
Someone was making a pcb with a fpga but i don’t know if he finished it.
The LCD display is from Hitachi. The display controller PCB is from Clairitech and can be purchased still from them, though expensive. The FPGA replacement PCB is almost done.
For programming cy7c67300, we need USB_Firmware_V3.1.bin file as per details shared by Medtronics. The file is not in the shared folders. Any inputs for default file which can be used for programming. Below are some details :
I don’t know if everyone has seen it but here is a video of a prototype ventilator being testing. This is some impressive work by the OpenVentilator Project!
Hi everyone!.
I have see the LCD replacement, but somebody are working in the FPGA code?.
