I am using windows 10 so I found the documentation

and found the System templates: /…/share/kicad/template/
but now in windows the
User templates:
Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\kicad\templates
is not there?
I would like to share the templates with the kicad community how github?
the path in kicad is C:\msys64\mingw64\share\kicad\template

You need to create it, then put your templates there.

That particular repo only accepts kicad version 5 templates. In kicad 4 the templates where in the source code repo. I don’t think the developers will accept new additions there.
I was able to get a euro board w holes and arduino micro in there I will try to put them together with herarchal schematics and then make a new template with macrofab drc info.
I have put the google drive link as a bug I dont know how to use github
