KiCAD has an impressive list of possible layers. Is there a place where I can find what each of them is for? What their use is? And, perhaps most important of all, what happens if I delete them? Do I need all of them for my project? For my individual PCBs?
I am not asking about the obvious ones like the copper layers or silk screen or solder mask. But what about the others?
I am presently wondering about the Adhesive layers, front and back. But I really would like a list of ALL of them and what they are for. Is there a place where I can find that?
