I have a laptop with 1366 X 768 resolution, so I can’t access anything below “add layer alignment target”, Kicad documentation says that tools can be accessed from menus for low resolution devices, where would I find auxiliary axis and related settings ?

Don’t know about menus (you can click through them yourself) but in preferences there is a slider that controls icon size. Set it to 50 and your toolbars will get smaller and therefore will fit more buttons.
