Certainly not. There are several practical and technical reason. First, the UI library wxWidgets doesn’t work on iPad. Second, even if it would along with all other dependencies and KiCad could be compiled for it and would run, KiCad just isn’t designed for touch UI at all, it needs mouse and keyboard.
