Kicad footprints for xilinx devices

Hi,

I am attempting to create a footprint for the CPG236 package from xilinx. The footprint editor only seems to provide an option for BGA packages. This is the device I am trying to make a footprint for:

The various footprint creation utilities probably don’t have the flexibility to generate partial BGA footprints. I would create a 19x19 BGA and then use the KiCad footprint editor to manually remove the extra pins.

Thank @devbisme that’s what I did in the end. Would there be any issues in associating the footprint to the component because of the missing pins?

There shouldn’t be as long as the symbol you associate with doesn’t reference those missing pads.
