Seems to be this one: GitHub - MitjaNemec/Archive3DModels Maybe @mitjaN will see this and respond. You could also raise an issue at the Github site.
This is one reason you should not upgrade until you are sure all the supporting tools are available in the new version.
sadly Mitja, the author of some very good plugins, does not seem to be very active on GitHub lately:
it always sad when life gets in the way of interesting projects
for the “replicate layout” plugin some user has found the correct patches to apply, just a couple of lines were sufficient to make it run on KC9; maybe some user of the “Archive 3D Model” will step forward in the future with a patch to make it work.
File an issue on GitHub, and keep an eye on it, maybe someone will be able to do something.
In version 9, a similar built-in function appeared, and the ability to store models in a board file was also added.
is there any howto that is describing these new functionalities?
probably appeared in the documentation for version 9 but I haven’t checked. You can open the board editor, go to the board parameters section and at the very bottom find the built-in files section
Can I open a new topic on this issue?
I think so, I cannot see any info on how to save the board with embedding all models
and why didn’t you go to the section I indicated?
I went but i din’t find any option to save the external models to embedded, a part to make it manually one by one
You’ll have to have a bit more patience. I just started porting plugin to V9 and it will take a while
