Kicad 8.0 tented for via

I am using Kicad version 8.01. what should I do to mask over the vias? I want to tented on it. which setting should I activate?

Mask over vias is the default, you don’t have to do anything. If you’re exporting Gerber files, the “tent vias” setting should be enabled, but that is so by default:
