I have not had any problems exporting my p.c.b. designs into Speccta.dsn files for auto routing with FreeRouting until now. When FreeRouting loads my .dsn file, three blue blobs are displayed with a small blurry image of the board in the background. Other .dsn files would load correctly but not my current one. Through a process of elimination, I managed to load the board. The problem was I had 4 ea “MountineHole_4mm” mounting holes located on the board FreeRouting doesn’t like. Remove the mounting holes and the board loads as expected.
Give it a try with 7.0.5.
