KiCad 4.0 affected by installation of KiCad 5.1

Recently I’ve installed KiCad 5.1.0 and kept previous version for projects compatibility reason.
However, when I run KiCad 4.0.7 I observe strange rendering - as if some newer libraries of KiCad 5.1.0 are in use by old KiCad 4.0.7 - please see attached screenshot.

I’ve looked at file dates in old directory - files seems to be intact.
Also I checked PATH variable and there is no KiCad path.
How to make these two installation isolated, so I can use old KiCad for old projects and new - for new ones?
