Hi,
I have downloaded kicad 4.0.7 on 32-bit windows 7 Home Edition machine and the installation didn’t start after the verification completed successfully. It prompted me to ask the author to upload the installation file as it is incomplete.

Downloaded from where? The official website http://downloads.kicad.org/windows/stable/ is listing a 740MB file dated 25th August 2017
