Can you specify that a signal name is asserted LOW, essentially putting a line over the top? The syntax ~{OE} for example doesn’t convert properly.

Looks like a know issue/limitation . . .
Around about 6.0 KiCad’s format changed from ~OE to ~{OE} (to remove the ambiguity when spaces were present in the label).
I wonder if the KiBuzzard plugin is still generating the old format?
It uses it’s own font rendering so kicad changes to overbar formatting would not apply.
This feature just is not implemented yet.
