Using the convert tracks to arc seems to work OK except that once they are converted, they come up as errors in the DRC as tracks not connected apparently.
Another is that when using through hole pads where only the Top/Bottom/Connected layers is selected for the pad properties, then these also come up as errors in the DRC as clearance issues.

Regarding the bugs reports for nightly versions, first, ensure you’re running the very last release (a nightly is released every 12 hours), and please report them to the Gitlab (https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues) with details (at least, the complete version found in the “About KiCad” dialog) to help the devs.
