JS api bindings with SWIG…?

Hi!

I know there are several threads about the scripting and discussions about a stable Python API and I’ve been watching all the KiCon videos about this.

But I really have an urge to take a stab at trying something other than Python. I know the current bindings are generated with SWIG and I also just saw that the mac-builder unpinned the SWIG version so I’m guessing KiCad is using the new 4.0 version of SWIG:

I’m asking - does anyone have any pointers for me if I would try to take the stab of adding a js binding for scripting from node?
