I noticed that each time I receive a notification email from the Forum, I get this warning from the browser.
Probably it’s because the protocol is http instead of https.

The mail list domain is block by one of the filters in your uBlock Origin.
Add it to a whitelist (click on the uBlock extension icon, then on the big blue icon at the top).
