I have a question.
I need connect one island that is connect to ground to ground and other island that is connect to ground be isolated. How i can do this with out cutout area??

And I have no real idea what you’re talking about. Got any pictures, screenshots or files for us to look at?
This doesn’t make sense. I suspect you mean that one filled area is to be floating and not connected to ground? Or are you talking about a split ground plane, only joined in one place?
