Hello everyone

Yes.
Place one footprint, right mouse button click to Select menu > Create from Selection > Create Array.
not work
It is an arrangement that creates new footprints.
It does not use the original footprints in the arrangement.
In which case, raise an issue with the author of the plugin. Version 9 is very new and many authors wait for any initial problems to be ironed out before updating their plugins. Have you tried using the ‘polar’ coordinates and use “position relative to” and tick the ‘polar’ option. Alternatively, revert to Kicad version 8.
How many LEDs …
Yes it does, I tested it. Never used it before, I tried it to see how it worked . . . and it worked.
If you had said that you wanted to arrange the existing footprints on a PCD I would have suggested something else . . .
Place ONE footprint. This means delete four and then create an Array with an item count of five with an angle between items of 72 deg. and a centre point and radius of your choosing.
I tried this method, netclass is missing, can’t create circuit pattern.
https://docs.kicad.org/9.0/ca/pcbnew/pcbnew.html#creating-arrays
And take note of this:
This means you need to make sure the number and Refs. of the symbols match the number and Refs.of the footprints then Update Schematic from PCB to make sure the Schema. and PCB are in sync.
I tested it and it works
But there is a problem with the arrangement or rotation direction
Left or Right and the arrangement of the sequence is not correct
I’m using v7 and don’t know about v8, v9.
But, in v7, there’s a Annotation tool that affects how the items get numbered…
Its there in V9.0.x too
