Is there a way to set a user theme dir?

The directory where the themes are stored is C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\kicad\6.99\colors on Windows with the current nightly build.

Is there a way to change this to another directory? It would be neat if it could be changed using an Environment Variable as with template, footprint, symbol and 3d model dir.
