Is there a way to lock filled zones?

I have noticed that quite often a filled zone has moved from where I created it. I am sure it is something I have done while editing without noticing, but I haven’t quite figured it out yet! I have to move the zone back to where it was, and it frequently has moved off any of the grids that I have tried. So I go to a small grid (0.01mm) and do an M for move, and then switch back to my 1mm grid before dropping it there. So it will be within +/- 0.01mm of where I want it. But it is not long before it has wandered off again, and I have to do this all over again. I have searched but not found any way to lock a filled zone. It seems like in most (maybe all?) cases it moves up and to the left a few mm.

Any pointers would be much appreciated!

If the whole zone moved then you must have been using the select tool with moving everything within the selection area… can’t you just deselect the zone option when the dialog comes up when you want to move the selected stuff?

Short answer- I never noticed it was there! Obviously that is what happened!

Duh- administer dope-slap to self!

Thank you!
