Is there a way to cut the PAD CU?

Parts were placed for multi-assembly on PCBs, resulting in overlapping PADs.

So I want to cut some of the overlapping parts.

Is there any way?

2 layers PCB.

It is easy to extend the PAD graphically, but on the contrary, it is not possible to cut some parts by drawing them graphically.

You can’t just chop of a piece of a pad in KiCad.
What you can do is to make a pad in any shape you want by drawing some custom graphics for such a pad in the footprint editor.

Such a custom pad also needs an attachment point for a track, and that is done by combining a normal pad plus custom graphics into a complex pad.

Have a look at the 3D image. I suspect you have a physical interference.

Unless you have a hard dimensional limit, make the pcb bigger.

If the pad is not populated, why isolate it?

…aren’t they on separate layers?

That is, yellow being an internal layer and green being bottom copper?

If these are in fact separate layers, then…???

Yellow is for plated through hole pads which are on all layers

MP is also violated the hole.
Why can’t you move MP?

Look more like MP is the name of the pin… (Mounting Pin, maybe?)

Oh, I think I see. Looks like there is a NPTH overlapping MP. Yes, that should be addressed as most board houses really don’t like overlapping drills hits.
