Is it possible to see Signal Delay per net in Net Inspector?

Hi

We can see per net total trace length in Net Inspector. But also it could be cool to see Signal Delay (as picosecond, nanosecond etc.).

I asked to Chatgbt. Chatgbt said that;

So why important to see Signal delay;

Best Regards.

Here it is link also information related this topic;

As shown in the links you posted, the propagation speed depends on many factors that are not known to KiCAD. Besides the stackup and the materials used, the geometry of your traces has a major influence on the velocity factor. Hence KiCAD could only give you an approximate value, which might be simply wrong in many cases. So the total trace length is something the software can tell you, but the calculation of the delay should be done by the user to the extend of the required accuracy. So no, KiCAD can’t tell you the signal delay, you would need an EM simulation for that.

This is something that’s on my list of things to implement, but there are a few other things to get in place first to enable it.
