Is any way to select several components and hide value field?
and how objects are processed in bulk in Eeschema Editor?
Not that i am aware of.
Rene is right. There’s Tools -> Edit Symbol Field which can do some bulk editing, but doesn’t work that way.
This, too, may be changed in the future if some generic features which are first planned for pcbnew get their way into eeschema later. I mean the selection filter and object inspector. But that’s just speculation.
If we get python scripting API for eeschema in v6 it will be relatively easy to write a script for that kind of action.
Until then the only possibility seems to be to write an external script which reads and modifies the file directly. If you know programming or can persuade or force someone who knows, it’s not difficult because the file is plain text. But even then you can’t select symbols graphically.
