IPC-D-356 netlist NPTH problem

When using NPTH holes, gerbers are generated correctly with no copper pad in the center of the drill hole. However, the IPC generated netlist includes entries for these non existent copper pads. These are then reported by the pcb fab as missing copper elements errors.

Currently I just edit the IPC netlist file to remove these N/C drill hole pads.
Maybe a developer can address this issue so the IPC netlist never includes them?

Do the lines for NPTH holes begin with 367? If yes, the fab can’t interpret valid ipc-d-356 files. If no, there’s something wrong in the design.

Thanks for the info. Yes, the lines begin with 367.
The missing metal report was from an online DFM check.
