IPC-2581 and Sierra Circuits

How do I use IPC2581 with KiCAD 8 and Windows 11? Where is the advanced settings file? Do I have to create one? What directory should it go in?

I am using Sierra Circuits, they are insisting on requiring OBD++. FYI

You don’t need to worry about the advanced config file in released versions of V8.

We’ve worked with Sierra Circuits and they say that they fully support IPC-2581 (Rigid PCB Capabilities | Sierra Circuits) Is there something in particular about the IPC file that they say they don’t support?
