Io board for Raspberry pi 4 compute module is in kicad.
I want to take off some connectors and add a chip and just route thowse wires has anyone tried this?
I’m using the nightly build because the files required it.
Also freerouter and allpcb as assembly service.
Sure you can use a copy of a project as a basis for another project.
There used to be some problems with just renaming the project files because filenames were also used inside files. I do not know however if this is still true for KiCad-nightly V5.99.
