Dear Team,
I am new to KiCad.I am going to do a microcontroller board using KiCAD-9.

May I know this is fine or not. Which Mode will be useful.

Read the manual . . .
Then it’s up to you how you want to use the routing features. I don’t use Shove or Walk around, other users will probably love those features . . . I untick Remove redundant tracks . . . you need to find what suits you.
So you are using the options in the below red box. I believe all box in the ‘General Options’ are checked.
May I know you are using Free angle mode.I beieve allow DRC violations are Unchecked.
I use 90 & 45 degrees, not Free angle modes . . . unless there us a very, very , very real need to do so.
Usually I route over 95% of all the tracks of a project in the Shove mode. But you should really get familiar with all the modes, so experiment with all the options and learn their behavior.
For 20 years, using another program (commercial, purchased in 1997) I dreamed of having shove mode. So when in 2017 I found that KiCad V4 has it I moved to KiCad set mode to Shove and since then never changed it.
