Interactive positioning tools in version 9.0.7

I notice that in KiCad 9.0.7, Interactive positioning tool works in “Increment” mode instead of “Set a new value”.

In previous version, the offset value will be set to the value which you provide after you press the “OK”. However, in 9.0.7, it will be set to (pervious offset + input value).

I have not seen this change in release note. Is this change a bug or an intentional design?

Most probably a bug. Normally no behaviour change is introduced in a minor kicad version. I have noticed some bugfixes regarding the “position interactively” tool in the past (for instance gitlab issue #22040), maybe something went wrong.

I thinks it’s worth a bugreport on gitlab.
