In my kicad software some menu bar and tool bar are missing...Do I installed old version of kicad?

Hello there,
i am learning kicad software through some tutorials.But after generating Pcbnew I saw some menubar name and submenu bar name differences on top.Do I installed old version of kicad??If yes which version of kicad I need to install to get proper menubar as in tutorials.

Where I get dimension edit option for generating track?

Your version seems to be the current one. The tutorial is just outdated. Can easily happen with KiCads development speed.
