If I upgrade to v9, can I access all the parts I have drawn in my library?
From what version? 5.1? 6? 7? 8?
I am in V8 and I am using all my symbols and footprints I have drawn with KiCad V4.
I have no time to move to V9 as to do it I will have to (I think manually) modify all my 300 footprints.

I don’t know which version you’re planning to upgrade from, but when I upgraded from 8 to 9, all my libraries worked properly, and I think most people have the same experience.
I am using v7. I am not sure where the libraries are.
KiCad can read it’s own libraries from at least as far back as the “Bazaar” versions (before KiCad V4). So that is not an issue.
Not knowing where you put your own libraries is an issue. When you update KiCad you probably loose the library entries in the global library table, so you would have to add those again to your new KiCad installation.
Therefore I suggest you first figure out where you put your own libraries, and make some notes. As a hint, KiCad stores the links to libraries in fp-lib-table and sym-lib-table files.
