I had to give up using the old version of kicad-jlcpcb-tools, which I used to use.
The online link no longer works.
So I had to download the latest version of kicad-jlcpcb-tools from GitHub.
Win 11 + kicad-jlcpcb-tools + Kicad 6.11
Win 11 + kicad-jlcpcb-tools + Kicad 7
Win 10 + kicad-jlcpcb-tools + Kicad 6.11
Win 10 + kicad-jlcpcb-tools + Kicad 7
Under all conditions, KICAD is down.
Is there any way to solve it?
If you mean the one by Bourni, IIRC you can get it for KiCad 7 via the plugin manager rather than installing it from Github. That’s all I know, I don’t use it.
In the thread below people are describing behavior that may be related to your problems.
There is this bug that lets Kicad crash. I can easily recreate it.
Just open a project and open schematic and board editor. Than close the editors and use Kicad’s main window to open a different project.
From this point as soon as you open the board editor, Kicad crashes. It does not matter if you open the editor from either the main window or via the schematic editor.

The old plug in of the 2022 version did well.
Im using this plugin on a daily basis. I had some issues with the latest version so I went one version back. I installed via the plugin manager.
My work PC has a freeze problem which is related to our slow network at work.
Could you please upload the older version you are using?
The older version I have is too old to data link.
I am not familiar with this plugin. However, you can try KICAD PCBway plugin instead:
When you click PCBWay Plug-in button on Kicad, we will export these files in your project:
1.Gerber files in correct format for production
2.IPC-Netlist file
3.Bom-file that includes all information of components
4.Pick and Place-file used in assembly
