Symbol is useless here, it tells nothing about the physical properties of the thing. Show a photo or 3D model. On the other hand, these are often standard pin headers, 4 pins in a row.
I have a handful of them (forgive my fingers…)
They are based on the 1602 and can come packaged with the i2c device attached/soldered. You can buy them separetly, too (I have several but prefer spending the extra cost to avoid my having to solder them). I paid about $5 (US) for them on Amazon.
You can make your own Symbol for the Schematic and a Footprint for the PCB. Footprint needs only 4 Pads plus any Mounting Holes… You may want Standoff/risers depending on your needs… You really don’t need Pads if you connect directly to a device such as Arduino, ESP…etc
