I have this odd issue where whenever I tried to place a track between any components on this specific board, this happen. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it?
Did you edit any of the parameters in the Default netclass under Board Setup > Net Classes? Maybe you specified 25 mm instead of 0.25 mm?
What are your settings for: PCB Editor / File / Board Setup / Design Rules / Net Classes? Especially the Track Width must be set to a reasonable value.
Another possibility is you have done something with: PCB Editor / File / Board Setup / Design Rules / Pre-defined Sizes. These can be influenced by the toolbar buttons in the upper left corner:
