I’m using nightly ver now, and I have already set all rules for all net classes(0.004in width), it is strange that when I try to use differential tool to route CLK_N CLK_P, the line width become large, and I cant change that.

Differential pairs have their own track width and clearance.
They are in the same dialog, but further to the right.
