How to update KiCad without update libraries?

I remember it’s possible but I don’t find the link anywhere.

I would like just to update KiCAD’s core and not the libraries (for minor updates).
Where can i reach the link from the home page please?
On Download I get the full version.

When starting the installation, you can select which components to install and which to ignore.

[EDIT] I don’t know whether there is a “lite” version for stables. For nightlies there is one.
