Hi everyone,
I had done with my first project, so I am interested in simulating it before I fabricate it.
Will be waiting for the reply,
Thank you.

Hello,
That depends on what kind of simulation you’d like to perform. Basic functional simulation? I’d highly recommend LTSpice. Despite the fact that it is proprietary, it’s great for generic simulation as well as LT specific parts. It runs great on Wine as well if you’re on Linux. If you need frequency-domain centric simulation such as passive filter design, QUCS will get you an S-parameter simulation quickly. As a bonus, that’s an open-source piece of software.
If you’re looking for EM/SI simulation, good luck. It would be wonderful if full 3D layout extraction was available in an open source piece of software, but nothing like Hyperlynx or ADS SiPro exists in an open source package. (If it does, I’d love to hear about it). I’ve had success comparing the 2.5D results of MMTL with ADS as well as ICD, and it’s pretty darn close.
Hopefully this’ll get you what you’re looking for.
