Is there a way to set it so that when you drag the mouse over the track,
it can show all the net highlights?

Hover the mouse over the required net and toggle the backstroke key (above the Tab key). I believe Mac and non English keyboards may be different.
Hotkey can be reset in the Preferences > Hotkeys “Highlight net” in both the Schematic and PCB areas.
