How to create a different clearance dimensions at a specific pads? I don’t know where to set the clearance of pads. For example clearance dimensions are 4.8x3.9mm. Is it done by creating a keepouts?

- hit E for edit ‘Pad Properties’
- select tab ‘Local Clearance and Settings’
