How to see relavent error of the arrow

I don’t know what Simpsons program is/was for and what arrows were used there but could you more clearly explain a problem with this arrows or how they should look like to more clearly point to a point they intend to point.
I see only one problem with them - among lot of them it is hard to notice which one is ‘selected’.

Or … if you don’t like how the arrow’s look… ensure all DRC pass then there will be no arrows.

I view this as an incentive to produce a correct design.
