I want to add some text into the silk screen layer/print to help assembly and SW people. But the screen is normally quite full of various items. And some items are duplicate, like values, references and footprint texts.So what goes to to the silkscreen.
Edit:This (see the picture) is quite close what I would like to get and what users would see. Of course, users would see assembled parts, but the silkscreen text is there and no extra text.

Would that show the silk screen print too? Edit: I answer my own post. Yes it looks it would show silkscreen.
In the Appearance Manager in the right side of the screen you can hide or show layers by clicking on the “eye” icon.
You can also right click on the appearance manager to select between some presets.
You can also export it as gerbers (Top menu File → Plot…) and then open the files in gerber viewer (black icon) and look at the F.Silk layer
I have now visible references and footprint text. Values do not seem to matter. 3D view looks good so i’ll continue with this. I have to check Gerbers well before ordering.
