Does anyone knows how to do scoring of PCB board in KiCad? I simply would like to give option to break board in two halfs if needed, or to stay as one if not needed.

I would think you should communicate with your chosen board manufacturer and inquire as to how they want you to denote scoring vs edge cuts.
Possibly a separate layer that contains a line denoting the score line.
I’ve never requested scoring on my pcb’s but I would start by asking your board house.
