Learn to make your own footprints in KiCad. The KiCad EDA suite consists of a bunch of programs, and it has quite good editors for creating symbols and footprints. There is a small learning curve to get to know them, but their look and feel is quite similar to the Schematic and PCB editors.
As a guess, it probably takes an afternoon or an evening to learn how to use them sufficiently to make useful symbols or footprints, and then you can make simple footprint sin 5 to 10 minutes. Or even less if you can use one of the available wizards for your footprint.
The most difficult / new part to learn is probably how library management works in KiCad, but that is a part that you will also have to learn at some time anyway to become an intermediate to advanced KiCad user.
Sorry to ask, yes, will learn as time come. For this, may be it is already inside the Kicad as it comes?
In the footprint editor you can simply draw an array of pads and call it a footprint. How you dress it up with silkscreen lines or other stuff is up to you.
Another option is to simply use footprints for single row PCB headers. KiCad has standard libraries for those in a bunch of different pin counts and pin pitches.
