Hi,
I placed by mistake a no-connection flag on one pin of an IC.
How can I remove it?

What do you mean by “flag”? A pin can be marked as non-connect either in the symbol itself (pin 3) or in the schematic (pin 2).
You mean the blue cross ? if so just click on it and hit delete, if you mean the red cross then you didn’t place it ! It’s part of the symbol itself.
It’s the blue cross that I did place.
When I click on it to select it, it does not select the cross, but it selects the pin (not only the cross), and clicking on delete does nothing…
That’s my problem.
Is this a bug in kiCad 9.0.0?
long (keep at least 2 secs) mouse click, will give you a list of overlapping items to choose.
It works ! Thanks for the tip !
