Have you done any home edging and expected 100mm drawn in kicad to be exactly 100mm (to the degree one can measure it)? If not then it is clear that you are not affected. (Because you do not use kicad in the way the reporter does. Being effected by a bug is not only OS dependent but can easily be usecase dependent.)
Yes, I have a design that is 6+ inches and extremely important for all of the elements to be exactly where they are supposed to be. It appears that the accuracy is tighter then the thickness of the line that the printer can produce with the line thickness set in KiCad to only 15 mills.
