How to place mechanical symbol in Pcbnew?

I am learning KiCAD from one month and i am facing problem during placing mechanical symbol and via array. Anybody knows how to place mechanical symbol and via array in Board area?

I am not sure if people know what you actually want to know so please write a little bit more about what you mean with “mechanical symbol”.

The Via array can be solved with this little trick: Protip: nicer via stitching

Mechanical symbol means unplated holes. I have to put it at edge of board corner.

Create a new footprint and select NPTH for pad type once you placed one.
Set up diameter/etc how you want. Shape & Drill should be circular :wink:
