How to pin a library (pinned library)?

How to make library (symbol or footprint) pinned? Asking because of this issue existence: https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues/8271

Only in the unstable development version 5.99 it’s possible to pin libraries, in the library editors by opening the context menu on a library in the library list. As stated in the issue (which I marked as a duplicate of a more generic issue) it doesn’t work in other views.

Ahh, it was Eeschema -> Tools -> Symbol editor -> Must select one of “root” category first in the tree -> RMB on selection -> Pin library submenu is visible. The same applies to pcbnew.
