How to make direct thermal path mcpcb stack up?

Source: Thermal pad MCPCB – Andwin MCPCB

I am currently building an LED MCPCB.

However, the performance of the LED is not coming out due to the problem of heat.

So, while searching, I found that making mcpcb with direct thermal path.

I want to apply this in kicad, but I don’t know how.

What should I do to set up kicad to make a metal core the way I want?

Can I design a metal core in kicad? or can I enter information in the Gerber file that connects the heat pad and metal core by other settings?

To specify something like this in KiCad, you’d use a user drawing layer to indicate where you want the special stackup (direct thermal path) instead of normal dielectric layer. Then you would communicate with your fabricator to explain the stackup you want and give them a drawing with that layer showing where to expose the aluminum substrate directly.

Let’s communicate with the fabricator by drawing the LED’s HEAT PAD on the user layout. Thank you for your nice answer.
