How to increase polygon pour accuracy?

Design rule set to 0.05mm, but copper pour still showing larger gap. Is there any way to increase this accuracy?

Hello and welcome @HeadofHead

You will find that some other copper clearance is overriding your copper zone clearance.
Scroll down a little in this link to “Clearance”
https://docs.kicad.org/7.0/en/pcbnew/pcbnew.html#working_with_zones

You seem to have another copper clearance set to .065mm

I already setup clearance and design rules in the following locations. Is there any other places?
Also, pads to copper clearance shows the right value, but via to copper is following different rules.

your copper to hole clearance in the board setup is set to .1, I think this is the culprit here.

Fixed, thanks!

It would be nice to be able to right click on the edge and get an option to inspect which constraint was active

Select both objects and look down in the bottom status bar

You can try this:

  1. Select one item.
  2. Select a second item while depressing [Shift].
  3. Right click and select Clearance Resolution from the popup menu.

Very nice. I have found this in V7
This is what happens when I use the features I know only.
