How to get a pdf graphic into a PCBnew?

I have a pdf fileRes_Test.pdf (21.7 KB)
I nead add the graphic in the attached file Res_Test.pdf to F.SilkS and B.SilkS.
The pdf file is the 1:1 scale that I want on the PCB. If you look at the pattern in Adobe Reader, you will see that as you zoom in, the pattern continues. I will be very interested to learn how it looks on the Gerber files.

I know that Kicad have Bitmap2Comonent plugin to convert graphics, I used it already when put this image to pcb layout.
Im used http://pdftojpg.me The best PDF to JPG converter online, allows to convert PDF to high quality JPEG in exact DPI( 6 to 2400 ) or dimensions.
But I get a reaaly big image like 760x760, and need 1:1 scale
How to get it? And how to place it on PCBNew with good quality.

It is preferably to use only standard tools and functions of Kicad, without scripts and plug-ins.

Via inkscape and svg2mod (Assuming it is a vector graphic)
If it is a raster graphic then via bitmap2component.
