How to enable single track length tuning settings - “Tune from & Tune to”" .to give max and min track length for tuning. Currently it is disabled

Unfortunately this feature was never implemented. It is planned to be implemented in KiCad 7, but for now, those settings were removed from the UI in 5.99 as they don’t do anything.
