How to edit the main sheet file of a modular hierarchical design?

So I made an hierarchical schematic, where I reused (duplicated) a module of a sheet file (giving it different names but based on the same base file).
I made the schematic annotation and finished my design. All worked good.

But now I want to make a new revision of the schematic, I need to edit the principal module file but how do I do that?
Now every duplicated sheets has their own numeration and are different?

How does it work?

Do I need to delete and create again the modules?

Only the reference designators are for instance, otherwise the content is common for all instances. When you open one instance and edit it, the change is made to the sheet file and will be shown in all instances (except for the reference designators).
